PRERANA is a Visionary one week Journey to Inspire India's Youth
An initiative of Department of School Education & Literacy, Ministry of Education, Government of India to be implemented by Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti.
Overview: Prerana is a transformative one week experiential learning program designed to empower the youth of the country. This immersive experience combines cutting-edge technology with heritage of Bharat and inspirational teachings, welcoming 20 selected students from 10 districts at a time, covering all the districts in the country.
Objective: The week-long programme at Prerana school is a journey of inspiration to invoke the 3 following fundamental ideas:
- Who am I?
- What is our history and Cultural Heritage?
- What can I do for my country?
- Promote a pride in the great unity in diversity of Bharat and a spirit of ‘Vasudhaiv Kutumbakam’
